Kentucky Bourbon Ale from Lexington Brewing Co.
Kentucky Bourbon Ale
Alltech's Lexington Brewing Co. Kentucky, USA
English Strong Ale - ABV 8.19%.
Light Amber color.
Wonderful aroma. The smell of the oak and the hint is vanilla come through very nicely. About 1 inch of head and nice lacing on the glass I love this Barrel Aged Ale. You can really taste the Bourbon and the wood with hints of Vanilla. It's smooth and just with enough Sweetness.

Dark Mocha Stout from Highland Breweing in Asheville, NC
Highland Mocha Stout
Highland Brewing Co. - Asheville, NC
American Stout - ABV 5.8%.
Smell coffee and chocolate and prominent roasted malt.
Less than 1 inch head and barely any lacing on the glass. Taste like what is smells mocha/coffee and malty. It's a basic stout with not much secrets to uncover.
A good beer nothing special. Very nice with the wings and fried pickles. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/811/6373

Uinta Hop Notch IPA American IPA
Tonight beer #101 for the year is:
Uinta Hop Notch IPA
American IPA - ABV 7.3%
Uinta Brewing Co. Utah
Pour nicely with some head and plenty lacing after first taste. Orange to copper color. Wonderful aroma. Very floral and citrus and some sweetness from the malt. The hops are wonderfully balance with bitterness that holds from beginning to end and you can taste the beer on the top of your mounts till the next swallow. All I can say for this beer is WOW. I love it more and more as I drink it's a worth IPA in my opinion you ought try this and if you don't like it just send it my way.
